Blackpool Resort is currently looking for housekeeping attendants to join our team.

Do you take pride in keeping things clean and tidy? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Housekeeper. All you need is a willingness to learn, passion for cleanliness and attention to details.

Some of the duties include:
**Duties**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas in hotels or other hospitality establishments
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Skills**:

- Hotel experience: Experience working in a hotel setting is preferred as it provides familiarity with the specific needs and expectations of guests.
- Hospitality: A strong understanding of hospitality principles is important to ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions. The schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
