We're looking for a SHE advisor to join our Health & Safety Team based on sites across the Midlands.

**Location: Midlands** Range of contract projects including FM and PFI**

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

**Responsibilities**

As a SHE Advisor, you'll be working within the Health & Safety team, supporting them in providing safety, health and wellbeing advice to the business

Your day to day will include:

- Advising on all aspects of the IMS Procedures and control standards, educating, coaching and supporting continual improvement of our high standards and compliance across the business.
- Carrying out scheduled inspections and advisory visits and promote best practice in accordance with our risk based approach to service support.
- Identify areas for improvement and best practice and ensuring these areas are recorded and reported to ensure they are collectively implemented across the whole business.
- Promoting our Think Safety Differently programme, advise on the Safe Systems at Work, Construction Phase Plans and deliver internal training on HSW systems and risk management.
- Identifying and reporting any challenges or opportunities to the Senior SHE Manager.

**What are we looking for?**

This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if:

- You must hold an IOSH recognised level 5+ Health and Safety qualification - this is an essential qualification for this role
- You are able to obtain UK Security Clearance and Enhanced BDS
- You have a membership of a professional body (minimum Tech IOSH)
- You have working knowledge of ISO 45001.
- You have excellent IT and written / verbal communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels of the business including presentation and training.
- You hold a current full UK Driving Licence.
