We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pharmacy Assistant / Pharmacy Second Checker to join our Pharmacy team at** at HMP Hewell, a **category B** Prison located in **Worcestershire. The prison houses men on remand as well as those who are sentenced and is very busy.**

**Hours**

This is a bank role so the hours are flexible but we are looking for someone who is able to work over weekends ideall.

**Salary**

This is a bank role and the rate is £13.04 per hour.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Pharmacy Assistant you will be completing general dispensary duties and stock management. You will be working as an active member of the Pharmaceutical team to ensure delivery of the pharmaceutical service. You will provide a timely and efficient service to the prison wings. You will receive prescriptions and stick returns from wing based clinical areas. You will collect orders from suppliers from the Main Gate and arrange collection of return. You will participate in dispensing of prescriptions.
