We have two part-time barista/bartender positions available: 1 x 20 hours, 1 x 10 hours.

The shifts will be varied over the week and will include, daytime, evening, weekend and bank holiday cover.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Supporting the duty manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the Court side Lounge & Bar, to provide excellent customer service, and to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment at all times.

Specific Duties include;
- Opening and closing the bar following our company guidelines.
- Making coffee, tea and hot chocolate on a barista style coffee machine (experience is not essential but desirable)
- Clearing and wiping tables.
- Making paninis/salads when required.
- Following all legal requirements for sale of alcohol and serving alcoholic beverages.
- Stocking up and stock rotation
- Supporting our Chef when required (basic needs of washing up and running food)
- Suggest ideas for future events to management.
- Ensure that you offer an excellent level of customer care at all times.
- Ensure all decisions are made with the needs of the customer in mind.
- Support the training of new colleagues where asked to do so
- Ensure that any customer complaints and complements during your shift, are referred to the Bar/Duty Manager straight away.
- Process card payments and use the till. You will also be required to cash up at the end of your shift.
- Take responsibility for helping to maintain a high quality of Health and Safety, cleanliness and food hygiene in all areas.
- Adhere to a strict cleaning rota for all areas.
- Inform the Bar manager or Duty Manager of any faulty or damaged equipment as soon as possible.

Special Conditions

You must have previous bartending experience.
