**Production Team Leader (Access 360)**

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to ensure that team members are working safely at all time and completing the daily production schedule. The Team Leader will cover our Supervisors key daily operational tasks during their absence and will be a role model for conduct and Safety for the rest of the team.
**What will you be doing**:
- Assist all Operational Managers in the maintenance of KPI reporting, environmental incidents, and reports to comply with legislation, investigate near misses, HPNM and accidents.
- Continually look to improve Health and Safety performance with the work area.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and keep to 5S guidelines.
- Champion Operational Health and Safety. To challenge low level non-compliance.
- Ensure that your team members are always working safely and to ensure that they are always wearing the correct PPE / RPE for any operational activity that they are performing.
- Complete the daily production schedule.
- Communicate any production issues that may prevent your team from completing the daily production schedule to your supervisor as soon as possible.
- Report any machine or equipment faults to your supervisor as soon as possible.
- Report any missing tools and equipment to your supervisor as soon as they have been identified
- Ensure that all of the paperwork and forms have been signed at the end of your shift.
- Demonstrate high levels of attendance and time keeping.
- Be a role model in your behaviour to your team members at all times.
- Make sure that daily/weekly/monthly component and consumable stock takes are conducted accurately and on time when they are required.
- Assist the shift Supervisor with Daily Safety Checks.
- Work with your supervisor to identify the root causes of any NCR's raised against your production area or team, implement containment actions, determine solutions to prevent recurrence, implement the solutions and maintain them.
- Honour the company values and recognise and thank your team members when they behaviour demonstrates them.
**Key Skills we are looking for**:
- To be able demonstrate the ability to Train others (competency level 4) in at least one Production Process within your team.
- To be knowledgeable enough to at least operate under supervision (competency level 2) for all other operational processes within your area
- To have passed basic manual handling training
- To know and understand the fire evacuation procedure
- Good verbal communication skills.
- At least 4 years' experience of working in a factory environment.
- Experience of running small teams on a daily basis.
