We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Buying and Merchandising team as a Buying Assistant, supporting our Watch team.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to our Co-ordinator, Buyers, and Head of Dept for all brands and suppliers in our portfolio.
- Collaboration within the wider Buying & Merchandising department as well as other internal departments including Stock In, Special Orders, Marketing, Ecommerce and Repairs.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with our suppliers.
- Reporting on and communicating information to the wider business and external suppliers using excel, whilst being aware of the security and confidentiality of this information.
- Supporting the wider Buying & Merchandising team with delivering projects, including admin support, internal & external communication.
- Responsible for new line management, including product creation ensuring accurate attribute and costing information is collated and input onto the system
- Responsible for stock order placement and management, ensuring orders are delivered on time and liaising with suppliers for accurate delivery deadlines.
