We are now looking for a Head of Compliance (Advice) to join our team on a 6 month fixed team contract, based within reach of our London office.
Sitting alongside the Head of Monitoring and reporting to the Head of Compliance this role is a generalist role supporting the wider business with all compliance matters including but not limited to:
- Communicating changes relating to regulation updates to the wider business
- Supporting with and managing risk and breaches relating to compliance issues.
- Supporting the team in providing advice, guidance, and training business wide.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders and committees both here and in the US.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background within insurance specialising in compliance and well as proven leadership skills managing a small but busy team. Experience working with FOS, FCA and/or PRA is preferred. As you will have significant interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, the ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success, along with the ability to identify problems and have a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
