MadeByOrocco crafts beautiful handmade furniture from our bespoke workshop in Dalkeith. From custom made kitchens and bespoke storage solutions to fitted wardrobes, home offices, wine cabinets and doors. We can design, build, and fit furniture tailored to each client’s requirements.

MadeByOrocco is hiring a Joinery Workshop Estimator to join us to help manage client enquiries and tender opportunities.

Key responsibilities
- Analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare labour, equipment, and materials estimates for large and complex projects.
- Provide complete conceptual and final estimating input on complex work.
- Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Conduct a thorough evaluation of incoming work and conduct a cost analysis on quotations.
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Conduct onsite surveys of pre-existing conditions when applicable.
- Participate in bid review meetings with Directors.
- Carry out live project cost control and monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Drivers License
- Ability to interpret drawings and in take of details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
