Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent to join their client based in the ST6, Tunstall area.
**Main duties of the Customer Service Agent;**
- Answering incoming calls- Responding to customer queries- Investigating missing or late items- Liaising with internal teams- Data entry**Skills required for this Customer Service Agent role;**
- Confident working alone and in part of a team- Excellent communication skills- Must be reliable- Experience in a customer facing role- No more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years- DBS check is required (At the cost of the employer)**Benefits of this Customer Service Agent role;**
- Temp to perm role- Immediate start- Free onsite parkingHourly rate for this Customer Service Agent role is: £10.20ph
Working hours are Monday to Friday 11:00 - 19:30 40 Hours per week
