**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and emptying waste bins.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including desks, chairs, and common areas.
- Ensure toilets and kitchen areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, particularly regarding the proper use of cleaning chemicals and COSHH guidelines.
- Follow colour coding procedures to avoid cross-contamination during cleaning.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard within the allocated time.
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in an office setting.
- Knowledge of **COSHH** (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
- Familiarity with **colour coding** systems for cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Flexibility with shift timings (afternoon or evening).
- Reliable and punctual.
