We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to join our growing team.

Working across mobile sites on both empty and tenanted properties, we provide an vast array of property maintenance services to letting agents, landlords, the NHS and private customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, roofing, general repairs and waste clearances
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identifying and rectifying potential maintenance issues.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Working independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property maintenance.
- Strong practical skills and the ability to use a range of tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driving license.
- A commitment to providing high-quality workmanship.
