We’re looking for a Reservations Executive to join our friendly team in Hertford. You’ll play a vital role helping diners book tables, solving problems when things aren’t straightforward, and making sure every guest receives the best possible service.

A proactive attitude and great attention to detail Good literacy skills and a professional telephone manner Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Working hours

Full-time (40 hours per week) on a set rota, including some evenings and weekends.Our office is open 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
