**About The Role**:
EKC Group are seeking a Learning Resources Assistant to join the Group. As a Learning Resources Assistant you will assist users with all information enquiries, helping them finding books and supporting them with the use of IT, copiers and printers.

The role responsibilities will also include supporting students with a variety of additional learning needs in varying formats and liaising with external agencies and suppliers to source and order information services resources.

**About You**:
We are seeking to appoint an individual with a background in education or libraries to join our enthusiastic, friendly team to support students with their enquiries and study needs. You will need excellent communications and interpersonal skills and experience of delivering outstanding customer service.
