**Commercial Coordinator - Nelson, Lancashire (Hybrid) - Competitive Salary**
You will support the Commercial team with customer management to facilitate business growth. You will work closely with internal staekholders and external customers to ensure the business maximises the commercial offering and customer experience.
**What you will do**:
- Address customer's needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships internally & externally to enable effective and timely deliverables.
- Co-ordination of menu changes and seasonal forecasting both with customers and the Wellocks' Supply Chain team.
- Support in the onboarding of new customers and basket growth opportunities with existing customers.
- Communicating NPD and seasonal changes to customers and procurement partners.
- Support in the management of all digital ordering platform functionalities, including liaising with digital platform support, IT colleagues and Wellocks internal departments.
- Maintenance of customer product and price files, including but not limited to price file uploads, new listings, alternatives and active/inactive changes.
- Support in the review and communication of price changes according to scheduled pricing calendar.
- Attend customer meetings with the Key Account Controller and Business Development team
- Provide customer data and reporting support to the wider commercial team, including the business development team.
- Completion of weekly and monthly service level reports for customers
- Become the ERP lead for the Commercial team and support in its roll out.
**What you will need**:
- Analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong numerical skills including pricing and analysis
- Professional and accurate written communication skills
- Highly organised with a strong attention to details
- Owner mentality with demonstrated experience of continuous improvement with implementing process change
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a FMGC, ideally within the delivered wholesale industry would be advantageous.
