Role Overview:
As a Telemarketing and Research Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, conducting market research, and engaging with potential customers to promote our security and cleaning services. You will play a pivotal role in helping drive our sales growth.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients via CRM system
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products and services.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
