**Job summary**:

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Lead within the Totton & Waterside Integrated Community Team. This role is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who is passionate about clinical excellence and team development.
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care. You will provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day operational support to a dedicated team of therapists, ensuring that service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of our patients.
- You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to patient-centred care. - You will work collaboratively with nursing, frailty, and Primary Care colleagues to support complex care needs, prevent hospital admissions, and facilitate timely discharges. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and compassionate care.

- **Main duties, tasks & skills required**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical supervision and leadership.
- Support the operational management of the team, including caseload oversight and service coordination.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, learning, and shared decision-making.
- Lead on service development initiatives.
- Deliver expert assessments and interventions for patients with long-term and complex conditions.
- Support the education and development of students and junior staff.
