**Office Administrator**

**Location**: Calido Logs and Stoves, Stirling, FK7 7NP
**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (full time) or pro rata for part time
**Hours**: Full time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm) or Part time (minimum 25 hours per week over 4 or 5 days)

Calido Logs and Stoves is a family-owned business specialising in premium firewood, wood-burning stoves, garden machinery and woodfired hot tubs. Based just outside of Stirling, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for the management, sales, warehouse and workshop teams.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and reconciling bank accounts, including multi-currency accounts.
- Support the team with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our financial system.
- Support with general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous recent experience in an office administration or bookkeeping role.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to the office location).
- Ability to commute to our Stirling office daily (no remote or hybrid working).
