To ensure success as a Customer Service Executive, you should be able to display exceptional customer service skills and the ability to support customers with their enquiries in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Customer Experience Team to fulfil your daily duties.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Front-of-house call answering and routing.
- Updating customer tickets, cases and records with relevant information.
- Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.
- Raising sales orders on the company ERP system.
- Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.
- Maintaining client accounts and updating billing information as needed.
- Order processing and other administrational duties to support the Operations and R&D teams.

**Additional responsibilities may include**:

- A minimum of two years' experience working as a client support specialist, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of remote service tools and help desk software. _Bonus points if you have HubSpot experience._
- Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
