We have an exciting opportunity for a **Serviced Apartments Coordinator **to work with forward-thinking, independent Real Estate advisors based in **Central London.** You will join the team on a **full-time, permanent **basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£22,500 per annum plus great benefits**

**The Serviced Apartments Coordinator role**:
As our **Serviced Apartments Coordinator**, you will be dealing with Reservations & Operations. You will start mainly in reservations, providing maternity cover, and once the Reservations Coordinator returns you will be dealing with both Reservations and Operations.

After one month in employment, you will be required to participate in the On-Call Rota (every 3 weeks, you will be responsible for answering calls and messages from guests from 6pm till 9pm during weekdays and from 9am to 9pm during weekends)

**Key responsibilities of the Serviced Apartments Coordinator**:
**Reservations**
- Responding to enquiries
- Processing bookings
- Issuing invoices
- Refunding deposits
- Liaising with Relocation Agents
- Maintaining the website and other channels such as Airbnb
- Liaising with property owners and guests daily
- Arranging cleaning, maintenance, and repair works
- Maintaining utilities and services

**Operations**
- Managing day to day operations including preparing for arrivals, meeting, and greeting guests, liaising with housekeeping, check-ins, and check-outs
- Assisting guests during their stay

**Skills and experience of the ideal Serviced Apartments Coordinator**:

- Excellent level of English (spoken, written, and understanding)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Remarkable eye for detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, an initiative to work on your own as well as a part of the team
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Serviced Apartments experience is not required but will be preferable.
