**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Hours**: Part Time

We are a small business with a strong focus, delivering excellent client service. We’re looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.
**The Role**:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in the service industry and is ready to bring their people skills, organisation, and problem-solving abilities into an administrative setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Supporting colleagues and management with administrative needs
- Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming environment
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in the service industry - strong customer service and communication skills are essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new systems
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
