**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.**:

- **Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.**:

- **Support the management and optimisation of the company’s website and SEO strategies.**:

- **Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to develop marketing materials.**:

- **Assist in organising events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Isoclad’s products and services.**:

- **Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.**:

- **Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.**:

- **Support the sales team with promotional materials and customer engagement strategies.**

**Person Specification**

**Essential**:

- **A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.**:

- **Must have at least one year of experience working in marketing or have completed a marketing placement as part of their degree.**:

- **Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Creative thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach.**:

- **Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.**:

- **Happy content writing and strong proof-reading skills.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Show drive and initiative for continual improvement.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools.**:

- **Work well in a team and with a range of people, developing strong working relationships.**:

- **A desire to be a Marketing professional.**:

- **Experience with social media management and content creation.**:

- **Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.**:
