**Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum**

**What Will the HR Assistant role look like?**
- Providing with essential administrative support to ensure the operation of the HR department runs smoothly.
- You will be office-based and responsible for tasks such as managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general administrative duties.
- Part of the role includes coordinating meetings, which involves arranging schedules, preparing materials, sending out invitations, and taking clear and accurate minutes during meetings to ensure timely follow-up.
- You will support the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks, such as handling routine inquiries, drafting correspondence, and assisting with HR projects as needed.
- Day to day handling of confidential documents and handling sensitive information, whilst ensuring that all HR matters are treated with the utmost professionalism.
- Represent HR in business meetings, in the absence of HR Manager.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Entering employee data into computer database.
- Support HR Manager on all matters.
- Support all aspects of HR including staff selection & recruitment, employment, leavers etc.

**What We’re Looking For**
- CIPD Level 3 CIPD or working towards.
- Organised and efficient.
- Ability to follow GDPR and handle sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Understanding of Laws and Legislation.

To be successful in this role you will be educated to a degree level and previous experience of working within an HR Department is preferred. CIPD qualified or working toward it. Must have the right to work and based in the UK.
