We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join our team at our Borehamwood Head Office. The purpose of the role is to provide general administrative support to the accounts function, inline with company procedures and Regulatory requirements. Assist with processing and recording of invoices, payments, and other appropriate records, ensuring all paperwork and information is processed in an accurate, timely and effective manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the day-to-day administration for the purchase and sales ledger function.
- Receiving, verifying, and recording invoices to cost centres and investigating any queries that occur.
- Reconciling supplier statements with computer records.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end process.
- carry out any other duties appropriate for this post.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous office administration experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent prioritisation, organisational skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Previous Experience within utilities construction (Desirable).
