This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.**
**Role Overview**:
A UK based finance role supporting the Solutions business, reporting to the Finance Controller, Solutions. Contribute to the management and reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow management for both actual and budget/forecast. Maintenance and enhancement of a robust control environment. Proactive engagement with key business stakeholders to encourage strong business partnering in support of growth, margin improvement, cost control and optimised cash management. Collaborate with FP&A function to provide clear analysis and reporting of financial performance, forecast and KPIs. Standard cost variance analysis and interrogation / enhancement of BOM’s.
**Role Requirements**
**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Business partner to relevant areas within the Solutions business
- Proactive engagement with relevant individuals in the business in support of growth, margin improvement and optimised cash management
- Monthly preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and KPI’s and associated analysis and commentary
- Ensure balance sheet accuracy, including performance of key balance sheet reconciliations and review of reconciliations performed by other team members
- Value Stream variance analysis, providing challenge, insight and narrative to help drive accuracy and profitability
- Global department analysis and reporting
- Provision of financial management and business information within tight deadlines
- Support to the preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory and tax information packs for submission to group
- Labour Utilisation and calculation of hourly rates.
- Ensure accuracy of controls and data within ERP system.
- Attend regular operations meetings including weekly KPI meeting
- Respond promptly to queries from business representatives and external parties.
- Ad hoc reporting from ERP system and associated data sources.
- Share critical information in a timely and appropriate method.
- Direct line management of local finance team member(s).
- Other finance related activities as directed by the Finance Controller, Solutions
