One of our top clients, a local leading engineering company has sought our assistance once again, this time to find a Service Administrator looking to expand their skills and progress within their company. Extremely modern facility's, with a friendly funteam, complete with really attractive benefits.

**JOB TITLE**: Service Administrator
**JOB TYPE**: Permanent
**HOURS**: 8:30am -pm and Friday 8.30am-pm
**BENEFITS**:25 days annual leave, early finish on a Friday, Christmas shut down, regular team social events, uniform and laptop provided, free on-site parking, the opportunity to join a fast-growing company that offers progression
**LOCATION**: Near Maidstone
**SALARY**: £22,000 - £25,000

**DUTIES**:
- Manage and flat missed jobs and re-book in with the team
- Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and customers to collate paperwork for jobs
- Book in service visits with customers
- Oversee the service shared inbox and action any requests
- Raising call outs and assign them to the service operations team
- Submit and follow up maintenance quotations
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Proven experience within an operational support role,
- Experience building relationships with engineers / contractors and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- A friendly, helpful team player
