The Payroll Administrator (Subcontractor, CIS, Bureau) will join this specialist team who are responsible for a range of SME clients, providing payment services, mitigating employment status risk, payroll bureau, umbrella payroll and other financial servicesincluding end of year tax returns.

**Client Details**

A small but fast growing business based in modern offices in the Weybridge area with free parking provided and very easy access via public transport, and a free gym, and cafe on site.

**This is a fully office based role**

**Hours: 9am-5.30pm**

**Description**

The Payroll Administrator (Subcontractor, CIS, Bureau) role involves:

- Invoicing clients Preparing payment schedules
- Liaising with clients
- Updating the Payroll system with contractor details
- Handling new client calls to set up first trade
- Making payments CIS, Soletrader, Ltd Company, Umbrella, PAYE
- Preparing bank files for upload
- Formatting payroll schedules from clients to import into the payroll system MyDigital Accounts
- Ensuring accurate calculations
- Running payroll
- Running payroll reports
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Preparing PAYE payroll bureau
- Registering new contractors
- Handling Contractor queries
- Improving current processes
- Working to tight deadlines
- Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
- Answering inbound calls
- Supporting the growth of the business

**Profile**
- ideally have 6-12 months payroll experience (not essential, training will be provided)
- live locally as ths is a fully office based role.
- have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised.
- with be numerate
- strong communication skills
- previous Excel experience

**Job Offer**

The Payroll Administrator (Subcontractor, CIS, Bureau) role offers a base salary of £22-25,000 + free parking, free gym and cafe on site, 20 days annual leave + BH, and training on the job.
