Role: Platers required to work on a new build refinery project in the Southampton area.

CCNSG / EMSS Safety Passport essential (assistance can be given to gain)

Previous experience of working within an Engineering Construction environment.

**NAECI CATEGORISED SITE**:Plater Grade 5

**WORKING PATTERN**:Working either 11 days over 2 weeks or a 4 Day Week Monday to Thursday: 11 hours

**PAY RATES**:First 38 hours Monday to Friday £19.11, After 38 hours Mon to Fri and Sat AM £26.75, Sat PM and Sun £34.40

**ANNUAL LEAVE & BANK HOLIDAYS**:Holiday pay accrued per week. Bank Holidays paid in accordance with the NAECI Agreement

**INCENTIVE BONUS ARRANGEMENT (IBA)**:£2.37 per hour (£1.87 paid weekly on all hours & £0.50 retained and paid out Monthly). £0.75 cost of living payment on all hours worked - Paid Out Monthly

**TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION**:Lodge £43.27 per night. Upon Arrival: Travel Time - Based RAC Route Planner (Fastest Route) & Train Fare - Single Anytime Fare

You will be entitled to a long weekend (Periodic Leave). Travel Time - Based RAC Route Planner (Fastest Route). Train Fare - Return Anytime Fare

**SEVERANCE PAY**:Accrued Weekly (£12.37 Under 41 Years Old, £18.06 Over 41 Years Old)
