**IT Infrastructure & Projects Manager (2nd & 3rd Line)
Salary £40-50K (DOE) + Benefits

You will be responsible for providing and managing IT Support within the business, as well as leading and supporting projects. Reporting to the 'Head of’, you will also have line management for a small team.
Your responsibilities will split between managing the team, project work and providing overall hands-on support. This will include:

- Delivering on a wide range of infrastructure projects
- Upskilling and developing the current IT support team
- Leading the team on projects by requesting updates, creating reports, providing appropriate training materials
- Providing 2nd-3rd line hands on IT support where necessary (including any communication or telephone platforms used)
- Ensuring the company are compliant with relevant cyber security
- Managing support requests and incidents within set target times.
- Overseeing the products and services used throughout the business from planning, maintenance, updates through to supplier communication.
- Escalating corresponding problems to 2nd line support and thereafter being the individual who collaborates any necessary 3rd level support.

You will have previous experience of managing a 2nd and 3rd line IT support team within a multinational corporate. You will be technically competent in Microsoft 365 suite, Windows 10 (deployments), Microsoft Server Suite, Enterprise Vault and a variousHardware exposure. It is also desirable to have Intune experience. Project delivery/management skills are imperative. Most importantly you will be a self-starter, with strong team management and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders throughoutthe business.

Whilst this role will be based remotely, there will be the expectation to be present in the Glasgow office on occasion for appropriate team collaboration. Likewise, there may be the need on occasion to work within unsociable hours in order to meet the globalneeds of the business.
