What you will be doing
- Providing excellent customer service
- Building a knowledge portfolio of the customer and their operations
- Promoting the organisation
- Perform after-sales services on equipment
- Carrying out repairs to the highest standards
- Present a professional image at all times
You will ideally have
- A minimum of an NVQ in Plant Engineering, service and maintenance
- Experience on hydraulic systems and axles
- Clean driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fantastic technical knowledge
