**Salary**: OTE £18,000

Due to continued growth, Mark Templer Residential Sales has an exciting opportunity for a part time Sales Consultant to join an established, close-knit estate agency team within our Yatton branch. Offering a proven, professional and proactive service, going above and beyond for our customers. With this in mind, we are looking for an experienced property professional who is friendly, positive and customer oriented; be an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and is naturally solution driven.

**Essential Skills and Job Role**
- Conducting sales viewings
- Front of office meeting and greeting
- Dealing with internet and telephone enquiries
- Booking viewings and valuations
- Mail dropping
- Strong negotiation skills
- An understanding of estate agency and the sales process
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A keen eye for detail
- Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and own car.

This is a part time role, based in our Yatton office. Working hours will be Monday - Wednesday, 8:45am - 6:00pm and every other Saturday.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 26 per week

- Driving Licence (required)
