Wellness Care Provider agency is at present recruiting for **experienced HCA/SW** to work around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

As an HCA/SW you will be working in Nursing and care homes providing high quality standard care to the patients and in a person-centred approach.

Own means of transport is essential due to geographical locations of some of our clients.

Wellness Care Provider will offer:

Wellness Care Provider will only offer work to **UK based applicants**. It is a mandatory requirement for all applicants to be living in the UK with UK right to work. Currently we are not able to offer **VISA sponsorships**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
- Help with patient admissions and discharges
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

**Requirements**:

- Care certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, or lifting for extended periods of time
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
