**Research Integrity and Inclusion Associate Editor?
- Are you interested in research integrity and publishing ethics?
- Do you have journals publishing experience and understand peer review practices and challenges?
- Are you familiar with online manuscript submission systems (preferably ScholarOne)?

- Are you a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills?
- Are you passionate about supporting SAGE’s work to ensure Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) in our publishing practices?

**Your new role**:

- Supports the Research Integrity and Inclusion Manager in resolving publication ethics cases in line with COPE guidelines and SAGE policies.
- Communicates with journal authors, editors, reviewers and institutions on behalf of SAGE in investigating publication ethics cases.
- Communicates with Editorial and Peer Review teams to bring publication ethics cases to resolution.
- Uses appropriate judgement in escalating cases where necessary, ensuring that key internal stakeholders are apprised of situations that may pose a risk to SAGE.
- Works with the Research Integrity and Inclusion Manager to identify potential improvements in workflows for publication ethics investigations.
- Organises large volumes of sensitive and confidential information for working on publication ethics cases in line with GDPR regulations.
- Maintains successful relationships with global Editorial, Peer Review and Legal teams.
- Contributes to internal discussions on publication ethics, development of internal and external resources around research integrity and peer review.
