**Job Title: General Office and Clerical Assistant**
**Reports to: Office Manager**
**Salary range 24k - 26 k**
We are an expanding company based in the North West of England Working with local and remote teams of technicians
We are looking for a clerical assistant to assist with the general day to day running of a small but busy business. We operate maintenance teams, on a national basis, with technicians working days and nights, providing a duct cleaning service to blue chip clients.
This is a new position due to continued company expansion so we are looking for a highly organised individual who can provide support to our existing clerical staff.
The role will be based at our head offices in Leyland, Lancashire
The applicant would require to demonstrate effective administration skills, however if the applicant is a college leaver, full training will be given.
The company vision of the role would be a hybrid role, as customer support, together with the production of customer reports and assitance with work schedules and planned maintenance

Demonstrable Time Management skills, with an ability to document and prioritise workloads.
IT skills, including Microsoft office including Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent telephone manner with a strong sense of Customer service requirements.
Ability to accept responsibility for own work and meeting agreed targets. With a keen desire to deliver high quality work, conveying a positive attitude.
Confident in own ability and desire to sort problems out before escalating to next level.
Ability to meet agreed timescales demonstrating both strong written and verbal communication skills.
