We are looking for a super driven, strategically minded, Head of Wholesale Sales to join our Telcom Networks team
**What you'll be doing**
As the Head of Wholesale Sales in the commercial arm of Telcom Group, you will be responsible for a brand new wholesale department, tasked with everything from partner onboarding and relationship management to product ownership and process improvement. Think of the role as your own start-up business with the financial backing and experience of the wider Telcom team.
This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted but you’ll receive as much as you give, your role is made easier via our unique product set (our own fibre and wireless infrastructure), years of experience of dipping our toe in the wholesale market and our awesome team.

**We would love someone with**
- Solid technical experience in telecommunications (Layer 3 v Layer 2 v Dark Fibre level of understanding)
- Experience in hiring and nurturing junior and senior members of a sales team
- Get-up and get-em attitude, nothing phases you
- To be able to communicate at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills
- To be self-motivated and to be able to motivate others, to be reliable and to be able to act with responsibility
- IT skills required with specific reference to the Microsoft or Google suite of packages
- You’re strategic and always looking for ways to improve
- You enjoy thinking of new models and ways of approaching challenges in an ever-changing environment
- You may be required to travel for this role so a full driving licence is required.
