Would you enjoy helping NHS patients by providing excellent customer service to wards and departments requesting temporary workforce? We have a unique opportunity for you to join the Temporary Staffing team here at Dorset County Hospital.

In this role you will oversee the booking of temporary staff, including internal Bank and external agency workers. You will liaise closely with wards and departments to ensure delivery of safe staffing levels. You will be provided with on-the-job training to provide workforce solutions to our wards and departments.

The role will invite you to develop relationships with various areas within the hospital. The ward or department will contact you with their requirements and you will work independently to meet the request deadlines.

You will be taught the expectations of compliance to national framework standards to operate within the Trust’s guidelines on temporary workforce solutions.

The department runs a service on Saturdays and Sundays and there is an opportunity for job sharing.

- Work with various HR teams including recruitment to grow and support the temporary staffing bank
- Work as part of a close knit team
