**Responsibilities**
- To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
- To assist residents in all aspects of their care needs while promoting dignity and allowing them to maintain their independence;
- To communicate effectively and professionally with residents, visitors and other healthcare professionals;
- To work as part of a team supporting others;
- To contribute and implement resident’s individual and person-centred care plans;
- To work effectively within policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Caring, compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic;
- Eager to stay active and want to give back to the community;
- Committed to promoting good quality care at all times;
- Effective in their communication and a strong team player.

We also seek someone with a “can-do” attitude displaying a sensitive, warm and approachable nature and while care experience is desirable it is not essential.
