**Salary**: £9.50 per hour (PART TIME, PRO-ROTA)

**Location**: Derby

**Hours**: Weekend Receptionist

Our Receptionists are a vital part of the Motorpoint customer experience. You will be the first and often last face our customers see during their buying experience, this means you can ensure our customers leave with a smile every time. The role is one of the most varied roles in the business as you will offer support to all departments on site and be involved in the day to day operations of our busy Motorpoint sites.

We are looking for, enthusiastic and people centred individuals who are confident in communicating and have the ability to identify our customer’s needs, therefore delivering exceptional customer experiences for everyone that visits Motorpoint.
Ideally you will have a proven track record of strong reception or customer facing experience and be really passionate about delivering a great service.

What will my Day to Day look like?
- Delivering fantastic customer service to ensure customers needs are not just met but exceeded through fantastic customer service face to face and over the telephone
- A big part of this role is also the ability to manage a variety of administration processes,
- It would be great if you have previous Reception or telephone based experience.
- You will be qualifying all customer needs on arrival at site, ensuring their queries are dealt with quickly and effectively by the relevant team member
- Ensuring our customers have a great experience by contacting relevant parties internally to ensure enquires are processed correctly.
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met on a monthly basis.

- Proven track record of reception or telephone based customer service experience.
- Someone who is passionate about delivering a great service
- Strong organisational skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks as once with a smile on their face
