A rare opportunity has just become available for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Sheffield. This business are at the forefront of their global market with huge plans for growth forecasted over the next 10 years. Working on a variety of ongoing projects, this business is incredibly versatile and can offer genuine progression as well as unrivalled flexibility.

As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for influencing strategic decisions to drive the business forward. This will include reporting financial data to key business stakeholders and ensuring the precision of ongoing budgets and forecasts.

In this role, you will report into the Financial Controller and work closely with the Senior Management Team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Finance Business Partner looking to take their next step in their career and have more exposure across the business, as well as autonomy in their own workload. This opportunity provides a fast-paced environment and a plentiful workload, which will compliment a proactive individual.

Duties will include:

- Provide informative and accurate forecasts and financial models
- Promote strong business decisions that add long-term value to drive major business improvements
- Full responsibility for Capex spend forecasting and analysis
- Support Forecasting & Budgeting process
- Internal and external stakeholder management

Person Specification:

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified or Part-Qualified
- Recent manufacturing experience
- Sound decision making and judgement skills
