We’re currently recruiting for a new locum opportunity based in the **East Midlands **region cities of England

We are currently recruiting Junior Grade doctors (SHO) required to cover on Long-term role and Ad-hoc basis across **East Midlands **region cities of England. We have shifts for long-term, Short-term and Ad hoc role at various locations. General & Acute Medicine, Elderly Care, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology,Stroke Medicine, General surgery, emergency medicine, pediatrics and psychiatry shifts available.

In order to be considered for this post applicants will need full GMC registration, enhanced DBS.

Must have valid right to work.

Two supporting reference from your current employer.

**Person Specification**

**Educational Qualifications**

**Essential**
- Foundation Year or equivalent post graduate training
- Demonstrates Progress and commitment at ARCP
- Current GMC Licence to Practice

**Experience**

**Essential**
- Completion of foundation training or equivalent
- Have experience of working in NHS Trusts
- Experience of and enthusiasm for teaching
- Experience of Audit and Quality Improvement

**Desirable**
- Teaching/educational activities in a multiprofessional setting
- Involvement in a research project

**Skills Abilites & Knowledge**

**Essential**
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Awareness of limitations; seeks help appropriately
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- IT skills in Word/excel/powerpoint or equivalent

**Aptitudes**

**Essential**
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to use initiative, self motivated and flexible in approach to work
- Ability to work independently

**Desirable**
