**Flexicare at Home** is a friendly, professional, local home care provider which recognises that its employees are its greatest asset. We are looking for team members who are flexible and reliable to help us assist our service users to remain in their own homes, enabling them to be independent.

**What do I need to have?**

You’ll need to have a full UK driving license and have access to your own car, insured for business use

**What’s on offer?**
- **Paid** an hourly contact rate of £11.00
- **Paid** travel time at £11.00 per hour
- **Paid** £22.00 per contact hour for working overtime **plus** £11.00 travel time **plus** 45p per mile
- **Paid** £22.00 per contact hour for working bank holidays **plus** £11.00 travel time **plus** 45p per mile
- **Paid** shadowing with an experienced carer
- **Paid** training
- **Paid** DBS check
- **Paid** guaranteed hours

**What’s the role?**
- Assisting/provide personal care such as washing, showers, bathing;
- Providing nutrition and hydration support;
- Support with medication needs;
- Assisting with domestic duties such as cooking and cleaning;
- We also offer companionship services so excellent communication skills are needed;
- Working as part of a team;
- Working in and around the Wakefield area your clients will be local to you;
