**Salary**: £75 - 85 a day

Start Date: Immediate & January

The School:
A school near Ware area is looking for an individual that feels passionate with working with children with additional needs and challenging behaviours. This challenging behaviour teaching assistant role is near the Ware area and looking to add to their amazingly supportive team. The setting is very nurturing and kind and looking for like-minded people to join their team to support their students in there learning and development.

Your new role:
The challenging behaviour teaching assistant will be expected to work as part of a team to support students with autism, ADHD. It is important that you are able to show initiative when working alone. It is important that the challenging behaviour teaching assistant is interested in working with children and supporting their learning. You will be expected to be flexible within the role to support the children’s well-being and needs.
- Support class learning and behaviours
- Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation
- Possibly working with small groups or 1-1
- EXTREMELY REWARDING

What you will need to succeed:
This challenging behaviour teaching assistant position will require you to have an interest and passion about working with children. Enthusiasm is a desirable factor within the role to give a more exciting environment for the students. The person in the challenging behaviour teaching assistant role will be expected to use their initiative and get involved in activities and learning.
