**What you’ll do**
We’re looking for dedicated and an engaged Order Management Consultant to join our growing team based at our Maidenhead office. Our Order Management Operations hub manages the effective ordering and delivery of vehicles to customers from confirmed order, through to the handover with the retailer, encompassing all in-life operations. Through sound product knowledge, and with a compliant operational procedure, you will be responsible for moving a new customers confirmed order through the ordering process to allocate a vehicle and pass the order to our retailer network for delivery fulfilment. This role is an exciting opportunity for any individual that is looking to be part of a new journey within the business and who is looking to gain experience in a varied role. The role will cover 5 days out of 7 shift pattern.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure that all different data systems that need to be connected are updated
- All contracts to be created and the order to be placed in the factory system (Vista)
- Responsible for ordering Built to Order (BTO) Retail cars for the B2C team in line with customer order demands and sales trends taking into consideration any supply-led constraints
- Responsibility from the point that the customer’s order is ready to be placed until that the car is delivered to the required retailer
- Handle all order change topics e.g. destination changes, order changes, questions about delivery times, order cancellation, matchmaking activities and vehicle order transfers
- Contribute to any ad-hoc projects

- Familiarity with integrated ordering systems and automotive experience would be beneficial
