Carer - Ref: Solorfs

I am a young man in my 30’s and I live at home with my parents in Bordon. I have severe learning disability, Epilepsy which requires seizure management and has cerebral palsy with quadriplegia. I like to go out on social events doing various activities during the day and need my Carers to do this. I am looking for 1 carer to join my team. I am looking for a caring person who would like to get to know me and understands my needs.

You will need to liaise with my family, my Provider and several other health professions involved in my life.

**The role is will be paid at £12.50 per hour weekday and weekends. **There will also be opportunity for overtime as and when required.

Ideal qualities: Car drivers in order for me to access the community. Preferably holding a full, clean, UK driving license and non-smokers.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
