Adviser Services Consultant

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- You’ll be a great communicator with a natural ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs and confidently promote our service to clients
- Accountable for delivering a quality service to customers and stakeholders
- Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines
- Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures
- Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- You will have experience in dealing with Clients over the telephone guided by a framework
- You will manage your time efficiently to maximise your customer facing time
- You will be able to confidently promote our services to new or existing Clients
- You’ll be organised and focused with the ability to prioritise and multi task
- You will have an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- You’ll provide a range of support, therefore flexibility is a must
- Being pro-active, adaptable and tailoring your working style is key to being successful in this role
