**Visual Merchandising Stylist - Customer Assistant - Handforth**

This is a Permanent vacancy for a **Visual Merchandising (VM) Stylist** at Customer Assistant level at the Handforth store.
Contracted to 30.00 hours per week.
Expected to work flexibly across Early Morning shifts, Core Day shifts and Late Night shifts.
Standard Rate of Pay at £10.90 per hour.
Expected to work at height as per the nature of the role.
- All applicants MUST be at least 18 years of age _and_ be able to work the type of shifts detailed below. _

**Required**:

- Previous experience in VM Stylist work. A keen interest in Clothing & Home styling and visual aesthetics.

- Working Pattern for example ONLY and hours to be discussed with the Hiring Manager upon interview. _

Monday: 07:00-15:00
Tuesday: 07:00-15:00
Wednesday: 12:00-20:00
Friday: 07:00-15:00
**Week 2**:

Saturday: 07:00-15:00

**Key Accountabilities**

Dress and style mannequins to agreed standard each launch and throughout the season as required

Deliver seasonal Window implementation

Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, VM Principles, availability and keeping the store clean and tidy

Works alongside C&H colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season

Serve our customers efficiently and brilliantly well - on the shop floor and at service points

Skilled to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to do the job

Share customer and colleague feedback to help us do things better

Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support others in building skill and confidence

Own their own learning & development and proactively access digital learning solutions

Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities

Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations

Understand the store priorities and their part to play

Complete tasks with pace and in line with SOPs

Minimise cost and waste through good process practice

Follow safe and legal working practices

Comprehensive Styling skills which can be applied across instore visual elements and windows

Strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles

Comprehensive knowledge of customer shopping channels

Good level of product knowledge and services across the store

Up to date knowledge of the commercial operation and brilliant basics
