Seasonal Harbour Attendant

We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised person to join our team as Seasonal Harbour Attendant. This role is part time to include weekends and involves predominantly patrolling and organising the parking, slipway and boat storage areas at Mylor Yacht Harbour.

The key elements of this role are:

- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Greeting visitors to the site and directing as required
- Patrolling the site and assisting customers
- Assisting the marina team with berthing and fuelling
- Issuing car and trailer permits
- Maintaining traffic flow through the site
- Managing and maximising available space for cars and trailers
- Tidying and organising the site
- Checking passes
- Resolving all manner of general enquiries
- Includes weekend working
- Extra days to cover absences.
