Cherry professional are proud to be working with a leading IT solutions business which operates across 40 countries, based in Nottinghamshire.We are looking to recruit for a **Purchase Ledger Assistant** to join their team.
This will be a hybrid role once training has been completed, full time hours, £23,000.
**Responsibilities**:
- Raise **purchase orders**.
- Statement **reconciliations**.
- Raise mid and month end payment runs.
- Match payment invoices.
- Query resolution.
- Set up supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Data entry.
- Administration of receipts and payments.
Skills and experience:
- 2 years a**ccounts payable** experience.
- Good IT skills, especially on **Excel**.
- Ability to work on your own and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meet targets and deadlines.
