Beatson’s a long established independently run building supplies company are looking to recruit an Office Junior at our Alloa head office to join an established dynamic administration team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Assist with Accounts Receivable
- General office administration
- Organising refreshments for meetings
- Adhoc duties as required

Key Requirements
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Diligent with good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic
- Work within a team

Hours of work Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week.

Meets National Minimum Wage with an immediate start date being desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
