**Part-Time Cleaner (Airbnb & Commercial Settings)**

**Location**: Edinburgh (Primarily EH16)
**Hours**: 3-4 hours on Saturday and Sunday mornings (finishing by 10am)
**Additional**: 2-3 ad-hoc Airbnb cleans per week (between 10:30am and 2:30pm)

BD365 Business Solutions Ltd is a leader in professional cleaning services, offering tailored solutions for commercial clients. We are growing and looking for a dedicated part-time cleaner to join our team, primarily servicing Airbnb properties and commercial settings.

**The Role**:
This position involves detailed cleaning in both Airbnb and commercial settings. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are spotless and ready for guests or clients. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently and independently. The role will initially cover weekend mornings at our newly refurbished bar and restaurant and ad-hoc cleans for our Airbnb clients, with opportunities to take on additional work as the business grows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb and commercial properties to a high standard.
- Ensure properties are ready for guest check-ins.
- Restock toiletries, towels, and other essentials in Airbnb properties.
- Report any maintenance or damage issues to management.
- Use the cleaning supplies and equipment provided to achieve excellent results.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role (Airbnb or commercial experience preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Own transport is essential (free parking provided at all locations).
- Ability to work early mornings (finishing by 10am on weekends).
- Flexibility to handle ad-hoc cleans.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and the team.
