Principal Strategist

Supporting the head of strategy at the bank, the main purpose of this exciting role is to independently manage and execute strategy assignments across the bank. These will predominantly sit across the global international network of the bank and travel canbe expected as part of this role.

Assignments could be at regional and/or country level and will span both support & business functions within this full-scale bank. Leading numerous strategy & implementation assignments end to end and simultaneously.

You will be adept at, capturing strategic business requirements, problem analysis, concept development right through to implementation.

Owning and managing the preparation, development as well as project execution of specific strategy assignments & implementation projects from a; content, scope, structure, deliverables, timing, resource, and work plan perspective.

Additionally, you will oversee and monitor financial plans for individual assignments.

**You**:

- Degree holder in a relevant academic field
- Ideally holds an MBA or equivalent
- Significant experience in a strategy development role within a leading consulting firm or a top tier FS business
- Must demonstrate ability to lead strategy assignments end to end
- Strong Banking / Financial Services knowledge is important for this role
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills preferably
- Able to concisely present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate ability to positively influence decisions at a senior level
